- Bagi 3 adonan sama banyak..
- Bagian 1, beri pewarna coklat. Bagian 2 beri kopi, dan bagian 3 biarkan warna putih..
- Masukan adonan coklat k dalam loyang, kukus selama 15menit. Kemudian masukkan adonan kopi kukus kembali 15menit. Terakhir masukan adonan putih kukus selama 20menit..
- Setelah matang, keluarkan dari loyang, biarkan agak dingin..
- Setelah dingin iris kue setebal 1/2cm, oles krim dan beri taburan keju parut, kemudian d gulung..
